Terms and Conditions
About Product return
If you want to return the ordered product, you
can do it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You can return
the ordered product if it is not opened and used. The goods can be returned by
post to the address: "SIA Eirobaltik, Nākotnes iela 30, Garkalne, Garkalnes pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV - 2137, Latvia". Read more about the procedure

Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this Online
Store "Eirobaltik" Ltd., on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as
the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the
Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the
Goods to the Buyer (hereinafter - the "Goods", "the Goods")
in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Delivery and payment procedure
The Buyer orders the Goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the Goods to be ordered.
The Buyer has following payment options:
1. Swedbank Online payment system tool (with Bank cards, Internetbank);
2. PAYPAL system;
3. Payment from the bank account based on received invoice to the Buyer's e-mail after finishing the checkout. The
invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. Payment is
made in Euro to the account of "Eirobaltik" Ltd. according to the invoice.
The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the
Goods within 14 working days from the receipt of payment for the Goods, coordinating
the delivery time with the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the
Product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Product by sending a
letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the withdrawal letter
form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the Product to
the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses
that will be incurred in connection with the return of the Goods to the Seller
shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of
withdrawal if:
- the ordered Goods cannot be returned according to their nature, they are perishable or can be used quickly;

the ordered Goods are made directly to the Buyer
by individual order.
Return of goods
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal
included in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and
return the Product within 14 calendar days by sending it by post to the address
of SIA Eirobaltik, Nākotnes iela 30, Garkalne, Garkalne Parish,
Ropažu District, LV - 2137. or with Omniva services to the "Garkalne Lats" parcel
terminal. Upon receipt of the product, the Buyer must make sure that it corresponds
to the order (color, product name and other relevant parameters). In case the
Goods are assembled incorrectly or the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of
withdrawal, in which case he must contact the Seller by e-mail
[email protected], the Buyer will receive a withdrawal form from the
Seller, which will be filled in and sent to the Seller by e-mail.
The Seller shall transfer the money for the
returned Product to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the withdrawal
form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the termination of the Agreement
and upon receipt of the returned product. The goods must be unused and
undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. Return
costs are paid by the customer.
In case of a damaged product, please take a
photo of the damaged product and send it to us at the customer support e-mail
[email protected], indicating also the order number. After receiving
the confirmation, the damaged product can be sent back to Eirobaltik Ltd. office
(“SIA Eirobaltik, Nākotnes Street 30, Garkalne, Garkalne Parish, Ropažu
District, LV - 2137, Latvia”) for exchange.
The Buyer is obliged to keep the documents
(invoice or electronic receipts of the order) for the receipt of the Goods.

Data processing
By entering the necessary information when
placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data
provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and
deliver the Goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the
Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that
notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to
the specified e-mail.
Privacy Policy
This "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter
referred to as the "Policy") applies to all "Users"
(hereinafter referred to as the "Site") of the company "Eirobaltik" Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us",
"Us") - "You", "You", "Your").

We
store customer personal information for 10 years: -

provide the purchased product with warranty and post-warranty support, -

contact you about the request (order), -
accounting
(in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments of the
Republic of Latvia). After
the expiry of the 10-year period, personal data will be deleted if you do not
request the deletion of your data via the website or by visiting the office of
SIA "Eirobaltik" (with an identity document) during this period.

data may be transferred to a third party - the leasing company only if you want
to use the services of the leasing company by placing an order and filling in
the appropriate form on our website. Third
parties may also include data centers, support services, delivery services,
cloud storage services, and more. Processors of personal data that help us to
provide you with services. In any case, only the amount of data necessary for
the performance of a specific task or the provision of a specific service is
transferred to the processors. Third parties affiliated with us may process
your personal data only for specified purposes and may not use it for other
purposes or transfer it to other persons without our written acceptance. Processors ensure
the protection of your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations and a written agreement with VS PRO SIA.
Personal
data may be transferred to the competent public authorities and
administrations, including law enforcement authorities, such as the police or
other supervisory authorities, but only if necessary and in accordance with the
legal procedures laid down by law or regulation. |

SIA
"Eirobaltik" does not transfer personal information and other data to
third countries. The issuance of personal and other user data is performed only on the basis of a lawful request based on the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. |

Regulation, gives you a number of rights, and we must ensure that you can

we may reject your application.

request for access. You
must understand and accept the risks associated with deleting your personal
